Where we ship

We currently ship across India only. International shipping is on our roadmap — write to us at orders@indooutfitdiary.in if you'd like to be notified when it launches.

Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000.
• Flat ₹100 shipping on orders under ₹2,000.
• All charges are inclusive of taxes.

Dispatch & delivery

• Ready-to-ship pieces leave our studio within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.
• Made-to-order pieces (custom blouse stitching, bridal lehengas, etc.) take 10–21 business days depending on the item. We'll share an exact ETA when we confirm your order.
• Metro deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 business days of dispatch; tier 2/3 cities within 5–8.
• We share a tracking link by email and Instagram as soon as the parcel ships.

Delays

Festivals, weather, and remote PIN codes can occasionally slow things down. If a parcel is delayed by more than 7 business days from dispatch, ping us and we'll follow up with the courier.
