Our promise

If a piece doesn't feel right when it lands, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free return pickup or exchange across India.

What qualifies

• Item is unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
• Item is in its original packaging.
• You raise the request within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

Non-returnable

• Custom-stitched garments (blouse stitching, alterations, made-to-measure pieces).
• Sale and clearance pieces marked "Final sale".
• Innerwear, accessories, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) — exchanges considered case-by-case if the item is faulty.

How to request

Email orders@indooutfitdiary.in with your order reference (the IOD- number on your confirmation) and a clear photo of the piece. We'll share a free reverse pickup link within one business day. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or wrong item

Open your parcel on camera if possible — it makes claims faster. Send us the unboxing video within 48 hours and we'll either resend the correct piece at our cost or process a full refund, your choice.
